Just had dinner at Pachamama and I am blown away. Rosie, the owner, was so incredibly sweet and delightful. We were the only ones there for quite awhile and I’m just floored that this place doesn’t have a line out the door. This is a tapas style restaurant with an incredible array of dishes and delicious cocktails.. everything was amazing. Please, do yourself and your tastebuds a flavor and head here for dinner ASAP & support a local woman-owned small business!!!

We went here to just ‘cross it off our list’ of going to *every bar in Lakewood* Well let me tell you, we were happily surprised! The owner, Rosie is so personable, friendly and welcoming!! We just wanted to have a beer and then what to our wondering eyes should appear but a deviled egg. This was by far the most delectable deviled egg I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu looks delicious. I love that she grows so much of what they serve. They also have a stand at Kamms corner on Sundays. Please support local businesses. This is a quaint and cozy restaurant that I think you will enjoy !!

Rosie, the owner, absolutely WOWed us. She told us the story of the restaurant and her background and we told her to lead the way with the three dishes we ordered. Portions were perfect, even with three dishes we were satisfied. Flavors were top notch - it truly showed their French culinary training. Wine selection was fabulous and the hibiscus marg was so refreshing. Vibe was intimate and cozy - Rosie welcomed everyone as family and gave each person a buenas noches on the way out. Can’t wait to come back!

We have been anxiously awaiting the opening of Pachamama and we were not disappointed! It has been so lovingly decorated and has a warm but clean atmosphere. The service was also great; we were checked on several times and met the owner and chef, but there was also the feeling that we could stay as long as we like. The cocktails were refreshingly different, highly recommend the borgona. And last but not least, the food! We did not leave a single morsel on our plates, everything was so good. I would recommend 3-5 plates for a couple depending how hungry you are. There was a balance of light and fresh dishes (pickled radish salad with vegetables from their garden) as well as richer dishes (chorizo mac, totally perfect). We will be back regularly!!

Pachamama is a triple threat tapas restaurant. Delicious, original food with outstanding, welcoming service. It has been awhile since I've posted to Yelp but tonights meal was some of the best food I've had in ages. We enjoyed the Huevos Rotos, Lamb Lollipops, and Risotto with Fresh Water Prawns (forgot to photo). All were delicious, flavorful and impeccably prepared and plated. For dessert, we had a Chilean Caramel Cheesecake. Again, execution was perfect. The cheesecake was not too dense nor too watery and the caramel was a rich, delicious embellishment. Rosa graciously guided us through our first visit as she simultaneously welcomed repeat customers as if they were beloved friends or family. Can't wait to return!

Amazing service and food. Rosario is super nice and we felt well served even when it was only her and the chef. The atmosphere is really cozy and welcoming. Food is a good balance of traditional chilean flavors and modern cuisine.

Enjoyed the amazing cocktails, food, and atmosphere. Cocktail mixes are made with fresh ingredients (so no sugar-syrupy pre-mixes). Everything we ordered was delicious! Service was great too, which sometimes seems like a lost art at other places.
